Kolkata—City of Print is a literary essay by Mara Züst, dedicated to Kolkata and various aspects of the print medium in this West Bengal city. Print still determines Kolkata today, from artistic printmaking to lithographed circus posters in mass circulation and self-published "Little Magazines". As an aesthetic element, print is also the linchpin of the experimental book project, which is produced using various printing techniques and appears as an elaborately produced artists book in English and Bengali.
